Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our courier services.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our courier services.
1. Delivery Commitments
We work hard to ensure all consignments are delivered on time. For deliveries to European destinations, if your consignment arrives more than 24 hours late compared to the agreed delivery time, we'll compensate you €200 per delayed job.
2. Liability
While we take great care with your goods, our liability for loss or damage is limited unless agreed in writing and additional insurance is arranged. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g. customs checks, adverse weather, strikes, or vehicle breakdowns).
3. Claims
Any claims for late delivery, loss, or damage must be made in writing within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon booking and may include immediate payment for ad-hoc services or account terms for regular customers. We reserve the right to require payment before release of goods.
5. Insurance
Every consignment is insured as standard. Additional insurance cover is available upon request for high-value items. Please declare the full value of your goods when booking to ensure adequate coverage.
6. Prohibited Items
We do not transport:
- Dangerous goods, hazardous materials, or explosives
- Illegal substances or contraband
- Live animals
- Items exceeding weight or size restrictions without prior agreement
- Perishable goods without appropriate packaging
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate collection and delivery information
- Ensure goods are properly packaged for transport
- Be available or arrange for authorized representatives at collection/delivery
- Declare any special handling requirements
- Provide correct contact details and remain contactable during transit
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
